How to Vote

  1. Voter completes the Emergency Absentee Ballot Application with help from a designated representative.

  2. Representative delivers the application to the registrar by 5 PM the day before Election Day.

  3. Registrar issues ballot to representative

  4. Voter marks ballot in presence of representative, 5) Representative returns ballot by 7 PM on Election Day
