Your personal representative may pick up a ballot for you at any absentee voting location in your area starting 15 days before Election Day or at your polling place on Election Day.

If you are unable to go to the polls due to age, serious illness or a disability, you may have a personal representative pick up and deliver a ballot to you beginning 15 days before an election at any Absentee Early and In-Person Voting Location. Or, your personal representative may pick up a special needs ballot on Election Day at your polling place.

For more detailed information about this option, visit our Special Needs Voting webpage or contact your Regional Elections Office.

If you're unable to access a printer, contact your Patient Voting team at patientvoting@gmail.com and we will help deliver materials to you
