Emergency Voting Begins

November 1, 2025

4 days before Election Day (Friday at 5PM)

Emergency Application Due

November 4, 2025 at 10:00:00 PM

1 day before Election Day (Monday at 5 PM).

Ballot Due

November 6, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM

In-Person or Drop-Box: 8:00 pm, Election Day. Mail-In: 6 days, post Election Day.

How to Vote

  1. Voter completes Mail-In-Ballot Application, and if 7 days before Election Day, designates an authorized messenger.

  2. Messenger delivers the application to the county clerk by 3 PM the day before Election Day.

  3. Ballot is delivered to the voter by a messenger or a bipartisan commissioner.

  4. Voter completes ballot, and the authorized messengers returns it by 8 PM on Election Day.
